Problem Note 55030: You might not be able to open or download an attachment in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

You should be able to open an attachment to a case or incident in SAS Enterprise Case Management if you have the capability to edit the case or incident. However, the system might not display the link to the attachment. You might also need the Delete Any Case Attachment or Delete Any Incident Attachment capability in order to open or download the attachment.

To work around this problem, add the metadata capability for Delete Any Case Attachment or Delete Any Incident Attachment to the user's role.
